From this Statement of Purpose it can be seen that although the Association's primary focus is on the Viet Nam War, OPERATION AUSSIES HOME INC may, subject to the availability of resources, investigate cases of civilian and service personnel, including persons other than Australian citizens, who are similarly un-accounted for from conflicts in which Australian forces were involved.

Membership Profile. OPERATION AUSSIES HOME INC is comprised mainly of Viet Nam Veterans and their families; however we have a number of members who have not had any direct involvement with the armed forces.

Cases of Servicemen from the Viet Nam War - The details of the six servicemen who remain unaccounted for from the Viet Nam War are listed here. We have produced comprehensive reports covering the cases of the four Army personnel and have completed the research for the two RAAF cases but the report has not yet been written. The reports produced have been distributed to Army HQ, to the office of the Defence Assisting the Minister for Defence and to. We have conducted in-country investigation of three of these cases.
